Refund policy

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refused orders are subject to freight charges and 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges must be pre-approved and shipped prepaid to our warehouse. Exchanged items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The difference between the exchanged item must be paid prior to the new item being shipped.
